Brief DescriptionY-29794 Tosylate is an orally active, effective, and specific non-peptide-prolyl endopeptidase (PPCE) inhibitor.
-
DescriptionY-29794 Tosylate is an orally active, effective, and specific non-peptide-prolyl endopeptidase (PPCE) inhibitor.(In Vitro):Y-29794 Tosylate could penetrate into brain to exhibit dose-dependent and long-lasting inhibition.(In Vivo):Y-29794 Tosylate selectively and competitively inhibited rat brain PPCE in a reversible manner. Y-29794 Tosylate was found to potentiate the effect of TRH on the release of ACh in the rat hippocampus.

D-Glucose 6-phosphat...
In cells D-glucose 6-phosphate (G6P) is generated when glucose is phosphorylated by hexokinase or glucokinase or by the conversion of glucose-1-phosphate by phosphoglucomutase during glycogenolysis. G6P lies at the beginning of both glycolysis and the pentose phosphate pathways. It also can be stored as glycogen when blood glucose levels are high.
